WYS Digital Solutions ("we", "us") operates this website to share information about our services and to hear from visitors through our Contact, Start a Project, and Campus notify-me forms. This policy explains what personal information we collect through those forms and how we handle it, in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. What We Collect

Depending on which form you use, we collect: your full name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you're interested in, budget range, timeline, and any project details or messages you choose to share. To help protect our forms from automated abuse, we also record your IP address and the time of submission.

3. Why We Collect It

We use this information to respond to your message, understand and quote your project, notify you when Campus launches (if you sign up for that), and to detect and prevent automated/fraudulent submissions.

4. How We Use and Share It

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry and for related communication. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver a service you've requested, and only the minimum information needed for that purpose.

5. Retention

We retain form submissions for up to 24 months for record-keeping and follow-up purposes, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

6. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and request that it be deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@wysdigitalsolutions.ca.

7. Security

We store form submissions in a secured database and protect our forms against automated abuse using CSRF protection, honeypot fields, and rate limiting. We recommend accessing this site over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
